Ms. Bagley has been in the legal field for twenty-one years. Before joining Federman & Sherwood, Ms. Bagley worked primarily in bankruptcy law, most recently focusing on Chapter 11’s and corporate liquidations. She has previously worked in estate planning, family law, civil defense, personal injury and medical malpractice. She works with the federal securities class actions, consumer class actions, data breach class actions, and shareholder derivative actions department for the firm.
