Oklahoma City, OK (December 10, 2024) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Highgate Hotels for data breach. On December 6, 2024, Highgate Hotels filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine. Highgate Hotels experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network between March 25, 2024 and March 26, 2024. Highgate Hotels immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the Highgate Hotels network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. Between December 28, 2023 and April 4, 2024, Highgate’s investigation revealed that an unauthorized party accessed certain employee email accounts. On December 6, 2024, Highgate Hotels began to send out data breach notice letters to all individuals affected by the data security incident.

• Other sensitive information
