Oklahoma City, OK (November 8, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Cornerstone Bank with respect to their recent data breach. On or around July 10, 2024, Cornerstone Bank discovered suspicious activity potentially related to a small number of employee email accounts. Upon discovery, Cornerstone Bank took swift action to secure its email system and network. Cornerstone Bank immediately began and investigation into the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that the following personal information was accessed: individuals name, Social Security number, date of birth, payment card information, routing number, account number, taxpayer identification number, and driver’s license/state ID number.
