Oklahoma City, OK (December 16, 2024) – Federman & Sherwood investigates ConnectOnCall.com (“ConnectOnCall”) for data breach. On December 13, 2024, ConnectOnCall filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of California. ConnectOnCall experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network between February 16, 2024 and May 12, 2024. ConnectOnCall immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to the ConnectOnCall network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. One of the companies that was affected by the incident, Optim Health System, also posted a website notice describing the incident. On December 13, 2024, ConnectOnCall sent data breach notification letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.
The type of information potentially exposed includes:
• Full Name
• Social Security Number
• Medical Information
• Other sensitive information
ConnectOnCall.com, LLC is a subsidiary of Phreesia, a healthcare software company based out of Wilmington, Delaware. ConnectOnCall is a digital answering system designed to enhance healthcare providers’ communication with their patients. Phreesia acquired ConnectOnCall in October 2023.
