Oklahoma City, OK (December 12, 2024) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Center for Vein Restoration (“CVR”) for data breach. On or about October 6, 2024, CVR detected suspicious activity within its IT network. An investigation was launched, revealing that an unauthorized user had gained access to personal information belonging to both patients and employees. Although it is not certain as to when, CVR has begun to send out data breach notice letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.
